4th Montvale 5 & 10 Mile Trail Runs March 24th 2012
Well that was one crazy muddy morning. Thank you for coming out to for the 3rd race of the Roanoke Non Ultra Trail Series. I hope we aren't setting a precedent for great courses in beautiful locations that are fast and in great shape, the Friday before the race (or paying for the great weather at the Frozen Toe). I hope you had a fun time and got to enjoy the company of some great people this morning. I can tell you for sure, if you can brave the Mill Mountain Mayhem course, you shouldn't have to deal with much mud. Since it is on a Mountain, and there is lots of climbing, there is little time for water to stay on the trails. Sign up by 3/28 to avoid the price increase and to get a race shirt.
